Are you curious? Here is an opportunity to see the famous curious goods located on Winter street in Superior. This mixed use building will leave you saying "that is interesting". Located on Winter street close to all the downtown action! The lower level is an 1100 Sq Ft store front with picture windows that are screaming for displays of your wares. There is a bathroom and a utility room located on the main floor. The boiler is new in 2023. The electrical will need some updates because it is the screw in fuse style. The upper level is an 1100 sq ft, posh 1960's apartment featuring a large living room, an open kitchen with plenty of space for a dining room table. There is a large bedroom with a closet, laundry machines and access to the enclosed fire escape stairs out the back of the building. There is also a semi updated bathroom just off the bedroom. This could be an awesome storefront with an Airbnb on the upper level. Roof is newer, and the character is as old as the building. This place is dated and needs some love but it appears to be solid and only needs someone that has a vision. If you own this place you won't be curious anymore!
